- Wrote the desired documentation (approximately 8 volumes) in accordance with the contract deliverable schedule.
- Designed a database to track images and the data associate with the image. (Never implemented due to lost funding.)
- Tracked the various steps of an Air Force Medical Acquisition using the Air Force Acquisition Model as its basis.
- Collected acquisition steps, requirements, history and "gray beard" knowledge from various Air Force medical clients.
- Used dBase IV to manage the acquisition data.
- Formed the medical acquistion information into a large PERT chart and presented this information back to the Medical Acquisition clients in an effort to achieve consensus.
- Imported the client-approved medical acquistion information into a GUI-based tool and distributed Air Force wide on a twice yearly schedule.
